Tennis Count is a free court discovery tool that helps users find tennis and pickleball courts. Court information is sourced from Google Maps Platform and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not own, operate, or manage any tennis or pickleball courts.

Google Maps

The Service uses Google Maps Platform to display maps and court information. Your use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer / No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any court information displayed on the Service, including but not limited to court availability, hours of operation, pricing, or facility conditions. We recommend verifying information directly with the venue before visiting.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis Count and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TGS Enterprise and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Court data and map imagery are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express consent

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
