After neighbor complaints pulled striping off Sellwood Park's upper courts in 2023 and prompted the Irvington Club to pause outdoor play in 2024, Portland Parks & Recreation now requires 300 to 600 feet between paddles and porches before adding lines. Daylight play lives at Gabriel Park's six courts and Laurelhurst's two. Indoor demand fills RECS in Clackamas, Jumbo's in Beaverton, and The People's Courts on NE 82nd.
